I am technology generalist with a focus on making computing environments more reliable through automation. Currently, I hold the position of Data Analyst at Geisinger Health System in the Department of Translational Data Science and Informatics. Here, I manage our medical imaging pipeline, liason with IT for our group, and act as an expert in Linux, Python, Docker, and CI pipelines.
Information Technology is an ever expanding field, as such I have focused on expanding my skills in ansible and contianer orchestration tools, which help improve automation and maintainability of larger systems. To this end, I maintain a self hosted collection of software with containers and ansible to act as a home lab for experimenting with new techniques that may not be appropriate in a stable profession environment.
